Booking Details
All prices are per week for the villa and includes all linen, bath towels, pool towels, tea and kitchen towels, electricity and gas. Visitors are `responsible for making their own travel and car hire arrangements and must take out their own comprehensive travel/holiday insurance.
Dates are generally Saturday to Saturday but particularly during mid and low seasons, midweek flights are generally less expensive, so we can be flexible. Please ask! A discount may be available for more than 2 weeks rental from November until March, excluding Christmas and New Year. Please ask for details.

Terms and Conditions
1. Bookings must be accompanied by a non refundable 25% deposit and the balance is due 6 weeks before arrival. If your holiday is booked less than 6 weeks in advance, full payment is required. If you cancel less than 6 weeks before your holiday, there will be a charge of 50% of the whole price and less than 2 weeks before the holiday, you will be liable for the full rental amount. Payment can be made either by a cheque, or alternatively, we can process your payment by credit card subject to a 2.5% surcharge. 2 weeks before your holiday, we will send you a set of house keys, directions to the property and information on the house.
2. A refundable security deposit of £350.00 should be made by separate cheque and will be returned on receipt of our house keys returned and less any damages or breakages to the property. This sum will not limit your liability to us and you agree to reimburse us in full for any damage or costs as a result of your occupancy of our property.
3. Les Marjolaines –both house and garden are non smoking areas.
4. Please do not arrive before 4pm and depart by 10am on day of departure.
5. You agree to abide by the rules of the quiet, peaceful, private estate of St Pierre de Tourtour and not to cause disturbance to other householders.
6. You agree to take good care of the property and leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of your holiday. A final clean is included in the rental but if the property is left in an unacceptable condition at the end of your holiday, we will make an appropriate deduction from the security deposit.
7. The maximum number of people must not exceed the maximum number of people initially booked. Towels and bed linen will only be provided for the number of people booked. The total number must not exceed 8 persons and a baby.
8. The house owners shall not be held responsible or liable for any accident or injury to any members of the party or visitors, howsoever caused. Your must arrange your own insurance to cover accidents, medical insurance etc. It is your responsibility to ensure that children are closely supervised at all times. The electric pool cover which complies with French safety regulations must be in place for the safety and protection of children when the pool is not in use and also when you are away from the villa. Please exercise great care when using the pool and observe normal swimming safety rules. These include no diving or the use of glass and crockery in the pool area.
9. The house owners will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal goods or property, howsoever caused. Please make sure that your holiday insurance covers all your personal belongings and that you take care to lock all windows and doors when you leave the premises.
10. We shall not be liable for any temporary defects stopped in the supply of public services to the property. As is the case within many European properties, thunder and lightning storms may temporarily cut off the electricity supply. We will not be liable for the breakdown of any appliance or equipment but once you report any defect to us, we will rectify it as soon as possible.
11. No pets are allowed.
12. We have internet access but if you require this service, there is an extra charge of £20.00 per week. Please indicate this on the booking form. If you require a telephone, please let us know and we can make arrangements for an itemised “France Telecom” invoice. We will reserve the right to hold your security cheque until our telephone bill has been received. You agree to pay for telephone bills in excess of the security deposit.
